FAQs
Do I need to be an experienced yogi?
1
Not at all. You don’t need an advanced practice or years of experience to begin teacher training. What matters most is a genuine interest in yoga, an openness to learning, and a willingness to deepen your practice.
Do I have to want to teach yoga?
2
No. Some students come to teacher training knowing they want to teach, while others come simply wanting to understand yoga and themselves more deeply. You’ll leave with the tools to teach, but what you choose to do with the experience is entirely your own.
What does the training look like?
3
Enate’s 200-hour training is an in-person experience that blends yoga practice, anatomy and movement, philosophy and history, teaching methodology, discussion, and hands-on learning. You’ll learn alongside the same cohort throughout the program, with plenty of opportunities to practice, ask questions, receive feedback, and grow together.
The full program investment is $4,000, with multiple payment options available. We also offer enrollment incentives that can reduce the total investment, as well as one full scholarship for each cohort.

What happens after I apply?
5
Once you submit your application, we’ll review it personally to make sure Enate feels like the right fit for you and that you’re a good fit for the cohort. If accepted, you’ll receive your enrollment information and have seven days to secure your place in the program.
Is Enate registered with Yoga Alliance?
6
Yes. Enate is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200), and our 200-hour teacher training meets Yoga Alliance’s standards for foundational yoga teacher education. After successfully completing the program, graduates will receive their 200-hour certification and are eligible to apply to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200.
