Different paths. A shared practice.
Enate is shaped by three instructors whose relationships with movement, education, and yoga have taken different forms over the years. Cheyenne, Amy, and Jessica each bring a distinct perspective to the school, from years spent teaching yoga and fitness to backgrounds in education, exercise physiology, and physical therapy.
What connects them is a belief that learning should be thoughtful, movement should be grounded in real life, and yoga teacher training should leave you with more than a certification.
