200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

THE ENATE 200-HOUR EXPERIENCE

More than a certification.
An experience that stays with you.

We believe yoga teacher training should change more than the way you teach. It should ask you to slow down, pay attention, question what you know, and become more aware of how you move through the world.

Enate’s 200-hour training is an immersive study of yoga, teaching, and self-discovery, created to give you the knowledge to lead others and the space to discover something deeper within yourself.

WHAT YOU’LL STUDY

A complete foundation in the practice, study, and teaching of yoga.

01 Practice & Movement

Asana, alignment, breathwork, meditation, and the exploration of movement through your own practice.

02 Anatomy & the Body

Functional anatomy, biomechanics, movement patterns, and an understanding of how bodies move, adapt, and differ.

03 Philosophy & History

Yoga philosophy, history, ethics, foundational texts, and the ideas that have shaped the practice beyond the physical.

04 Teaching & Leadership

Sequencing, cueing, class planning, communication, practice teaching, observation, feedback, and developing your voice as a teacher.

THE EXPERIENCE

Learn together.
Practice together.
Grow together.

Enate is intentionally taught in person because some things are meant to be experienced together. Through conversation, hands-on learning, shared practice, observation, and teaching one another, you’ll learn not only from your instructors, but from the people beside you.

Over the course of the training, your cohort becomes a space to ask questions, try, stumble, reflect, and grow. You’ll have the time to practice what you’re learning, receive thoughtful feedback, and build the confidence to step into the role of teacher in a way that feels like your own.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Your practice brought you here.
